Senior Producer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to drive our project from prototype to launch and beyond. You will be the organizational hub of the studio, responsible for managing project scope, schedules, and resources. This role requires a leader who can ensure seamless coordination across all teams and manage external partners to deliver a high-quality game on time and on budget .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the project roadmap, milestones, and release schedule in collaboration with studio leadership .

• Manage the day-to-day production process using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between design, engineering, art, and QA .

• Foresee design and technical challenges and work with leadership to mitigate risks

• Oversee outsourcing efforts, including identifying vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring the quality of delivered assets .

• Track project velocity, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

• Effectively manage studio resources and budgets to ensure operational efficiency .

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a production role within the game industry.

• Experience shipping at least one mobile F2P title from concept to launch.

• Expert knowledge of project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills .

Nice to Have:

• Design or Technical background is a BIG plus

• Experience managing live operations for a service-based game.

• A passion for and deep knowledge of the action/shooter genre.
