We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead our learning experience across our web and mobile platforms. This position is based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Define the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
Drive front-end development with a team of UX developers and designers, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Write product and functional requirements for new features and journeys on the learning engine, focusing on intuitive design.
Develop and maintain user profiles and personas, understanding diverse learner needs.
Envision the company's product and service offerings with entrepreneurial acumen, identifying growth opportunities.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples for quality assurance, refining features before launch.
Continuously improve and add to the learning engine through experiments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective and specialized content suitable for the platform's features.
Communicate with users and clients to enhance the overall experience of the learning engine.
Maintain working relationships with vendors globally.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of product life-cycle management and the ability to drive products and processes through each phase, focusing on iterative improvement.
Excellent English language skills and the ability to write instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts that engage learners.
Understanding of principles of user experience design, focusing on creating intuitive and interactive learning experiences.
Familiarity with Agile processes and experience in their implementation, emphasizing collaboration and teamwork.
Understanding of full-stack development processes, including both front-end and back-end development, to ensure seamless integration.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
A strong belief that a team as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
