About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling HR technology and online talent marketplace operating in the freelance and gig-economy sector, focused on matching enterprise buyers with skilled professionals across India. We build SaaS-enabled talent solutions and managed services that drive hiring velocity and reduce cost-to-hire for growth-stage and enterprise customers.Join Globelance to lead on-site regional revenue growth and field sales execution across an assigned territory in India.Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive regional revenue growth by owning territory plans, forecasting, pipeline generation and quota attainment for assigned states.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and secure multi-quarter contracts.
  • Build and lead high-performance field sales activities—customer visits, product demos, RFP responses, and contract closures.
  • Recruit, coach and performance-manage local sales resources or channel partners to scale coverage and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, produce weekly/monthly sales reports and collaborate with marketing/product to localize GTM campaigns.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close complex deals while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and renewals.
