Able to design the Transmission Line Latticed Tower, Transmission Line Pole structures, Sub-station Latticed / Pole Gantry, High Mast, Stadium Mast, Signage Mast, Flag Mast & Lighting Pole experience in Transmission Line EPC, Owner/Utility Company or Design Consultant and able to Execute structural design of transmission line lattice towers and monopoles across all voltage levels. Analyse and interpret technical specifications from tenders, bids, and client orders; prepare technical abstracts and raise relevant queries. Perform both tender-stage and detailed design for lattice towers and associated foundations. Provide technical support to marketing teams and clients for a wide range of structures including transmission towers, monopoles, substation gantries, high-masts, lighting poles, stadium masts, signage masts, and flag masts for domestic and international projects. Thoroughly review technical specifications and raise queries as needed; maintain clear and professional communication in English. Address and resolve technical queries and design revisions during enquiry, order, and engineering stages in coordination with design and site teams. Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive technical documentation including design reports, GTPs, and other supporting materials to clients and end-users. Collaborate with drafting teams to develop general arrangement drawings for structures and foundations. Role & responsibilities Job Responsibility: The Safety Steward should monitor that all works being executed are as per approved safe work procedure and control measures taken as per site risk assessment. Inter-alia at least the following role shall be discharged by the Safety Steward: Ensure approved safe work procedure available at site at all time in language understood by majority of workers. Ensure that all workers clearly understand the approved work procedure, all the hazards are identified, and control measures are taken as per risk assessment with the approved work procedure. Arrange the display of safety poster, danger boards, safety flags and caution tape at sites. Conduct pep-talk before start of work every day and record it. Check height workers having valid height pass and medical fitness of all workers and ensure that no worker is allowed to work without valid medical fitness and height pass. Ensure that safety training is imparted to all workers. Inspection of PPEs, T&Ps and ensure its healthiness, that valid inspection stickers are available at site and shall ensure the marking on PPEs and T&P with unique number. Monitor that height workers are using the safety harness and ensure 100 % anchoring safety harness. Ensure that no worker is working under suspended load or height work activity. Shall have the authority to stop the work, when work is being executed in unsafe manner. Ensure that welfare and first-aid facilities are available at site. Ensure compliances of all safety audit and inspection points. Report daily safety activities and other related safety issues immediately to the Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor.
