Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute techno-commercial strategies to drive business growth and expand market share for the Poles Division - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including state electricity boards, power utilities, and EPC contractors - Conduct techno-commercial feasibility studies and prepare proposals for new business opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support to drive business growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Indian power transmission and distribution industry, including government policies and regulations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or MBA - Minimum 2+ years of experience in techno-commercial roles, preferably in the power transmission and distribution industry - Strong technical knowledge of poles and transmission lines - Excellent commercial acumen, including pricing, costing, and contract management - Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and customer engagement - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer in the power transmission and distribution industry - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Professional growth and development opportunities - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
