Role Overview:


The Techno Commercial Manager – PAN India would be responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships across the PAN India. The role combines veterinary technical expertise with commercial acumen to promote the organization's animal health products and solutions effectively.



·      Achieve sales targets and grow market share in PAN India Region.

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments.

·      Plan and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with national goals.

·      Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of sales plans.

·      Provide on-field technical support to veterinarians, farmers, and distributors.

·      Conduct product training sessions and technical seminars for customers and field teams.

·      Assist in handling customer queries and complaints with timely resolutions

·      Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

·      Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and government agencies.

·      Visit key accounts regularly to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

·      Work closely with marketing, product management, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure business continuity.

·      Support new product launches and promotional campaigns in the assigned region.

  • Ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
  • Natural ability to lead and facilitate training.
  • Must have a passion for Animal health or relevant industry.
  • Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to travel extensively within India and outside India depends on business requirement.

Qualification & Experience:


·      Minimum 5 years of experience in Animal health products and to be specific in Poultry.

·      Experience in business and process analysis as well as preparing workflow analyses.

·      Must be proficient in MS Office.

·      Experience in understanding and translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·      Familiarity with project management principles.

·      Must have degree of bachelor’s in veterinary science (BVSc) or preferably master’s in veterinary science (MVSc) in Animal Nutrition.

Job Location:


  • This role would be based out of Hyderabad, Telangana and involves extensive touring, the candidate should be willing for 10/15days per month outstation tour/month.
