Job Summary

We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Executive / Manager to manage business development, customer relationships, and technical-commercial activities in the battery and renewable energy sector. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge and business skills to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

* Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals

* Engage in sales and business development with OEMs, distributors, and key clients

* Coordinate with engineering and R\&D teams for technical solutions

* Support tendering, contract negotiations, and project execution

* Research and analyze market trends in energy storage and renewable technology

Qualifications

* B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, or Energy Engineering (mandatory)

* 2 to 6 years of experience (Executive) or 6 to 10 years (Manager) in renewable energy, batteries, or power solutions

* Knowledge of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, energy storage systems, solar integration, and power electronics basics

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal drafting
