Job Description

Head overall galvanizing activity of entire organization - consisting of 7-8 galvanizing units across various product lines such as poles. Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new strategies and tools for improving overall zinc consumption and fuel consumption Responsible for creation, development, execution and maintenance of SOPs for various processes related to pre-treatment, galvanizing and post galvanizing Explore, research and evaluate various processes, technologies, equipment etc. and carry out R&D to develop, test and implement the same in the organization to improve zinc consumption, galvanizing cost and product quality Responsible for training manpower of all galvanizing related staff for cost control, consumption control and quality improvement Determine and execute improved technologies and equipment used by suppliers, peers and customers in the similar industry
