Product Manager_Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Strong technical understanding of health technology solutions and platforms to work closely with multiple technical teams within the Apollo Group.
  
• Define specification documents for product and process, translating business and clinical requirements into technical requirements in a structured format that supports agile design and development.
  
• Work with Apollo Clinical and Operations SPOCs to gather required inputs and support end-to-end execution.
  
• Understand customer journeys, articulate processes, enhance customer experience and convenience, and accordingly prioritize related technical product features and manage priorities.
  
• Assess and benchmark solutions against industry standards and manage the product backlog to ensure the product is superior to benchmarks.
  
• Collaborate and conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Reverse Knowledge Transfer (RKT) sessions, articulating functional requirements to technical development teams.
  
• Participate, review, and agree on user experience design and workflows prior to development commencement.
  
• Conduct functional testing and provide sign-off for product fitment before roll-out.
  
• Create, manage, and execute regional roll-out plans, meeting business timelines.
  
• Conduct user training for stakeholders to adopt technology solutions with adequate change management.
  
• Provide regular support and guidance to development teams on complex business needs, issue resolution, and execution.
  
• Participate in the software development process by managing product backlogs and solution delivery tracking to meet business objectives.
  
• Monitor product performance on an ongoing basis, ensuring performance and availability.
  
• Focus on quality delivery by working closely with application development teams.
  
• Maintain strong knowledge of tools available for enhancing application designs.
  
• Support business and operations teams in understanding design patterns and ensure best user experiences are delivered.
  
• Conduct end-user training and orientations on an ongoing basis for new product releases, new joiners, and regular refresher trainings to maximize product adoption and productivity.
  
• Collect end-user feedback, translate it into product needs, and ensure features are aligned with feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• 35 years of experience in product testing and rollout (healthcare experience preferred).
  
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel (mandatory).
  
• Experience implementing health-tech solutions with understanding of EMR systems, system integrations, and customer journeys.
  
• Ability to multitask, coordinate across multiple teams, and demonstrate a strong learning mindset.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Understanding of preventive health check processes and product requirements (added advantage).
  
• Willingness to travel (10%–20%).
  
• Experience with the Apollo ecosystem and technologies (preferred).
