Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the sales and development of bath fittings across India. This role involves managing product development, ensuring timely response to customer complaints, and driving new product initiatives to enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee sales operations for bath fittings across India, ensuring achievement of sales targets and market penetration. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including primary sales targets and customer satisfaction levels. Lead existing product development initiatives, ensuring that errors are resolved efficiently. Drive new product development efforts, focusing on SKU additions that meet market demands. Ensure timely response to customer complaints, aiming for resolution within defined turnaround times (TAT). Monitor the average call pending metrics month-over-month to identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the bath fittings sector. Provide insights into current and future market dynamics to inform product development and sales strategies. Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance. Set clear objectives for team members and monitor their progress toward achieving individual and collective targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Organize promotional events and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. Track the effectiveness of sales initiatives, including TAT for spare part issue calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product development progress, and customer feedback for management review. Requirements/ Job Specificatio n Proven experience in a similar role within the bath fittings or building materials industry. Strong understanding of sales operations, customer support, and product development processes. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
