Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic

Sales Exports Manager

to drive growth across Export kets (Middle East, A ca, and select Asian kets) while supporting strategic initiatives for India.
This India-based role will report directly to the

Managing Director - India

, acting as a critical enabler of McCormick s growth ambition in emerging kets.
The role is designed to focus on:
  • 70%

    : Strengthening export ket performance through distributor management and sales acceleration.
  • 30%

    : Supporting go-to- ket (GTM) transformation and execution for India.
The successful candi will bring a strong background in export and distributor management, de strate agility in navigating complexity, and thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully by shaping GTM execution, building strong distributor partnerships, and accelerating sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage distributor relationships, conduct business reviews, and identify growth opportunities across export kets.
Drive GTM transformation and execution for India, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with keting, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory to enable fast issue resolution and unlock growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, product labeling, and export documentation requirements.
itor sales targets, A&P spend, forecast accuracy, and distributor performance metrics.
Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and distributor partners.

Level of Education and Discipline

  • MBA business, keting, or related field.

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles, with strong background in export and direct distributor management.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage complex kets.
  • Experience in FMCG / food industry preferred.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • High energy, passion to win, and entrepreneurial drive.
