About The Opportunity

A fast-growing talent solutions and professional services organization operating in the Human Resources / staffing sector, supporting enterprise and SME clients across India. We deliver end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement services that enable business growth and operational excellence.Role:

Human Resources Intern

(On-site — India). This is an operational, hands-on internship for candidates who want direct exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and employee lifecycle activities in a high-volume HR environment.Role & Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruitment: post roles, source candidates on portals and LinkedIn, screen CVs, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics: prepare offer letters, collect documents, support background checks, and manage new-hire orientation compliance.
  • Maintain HRIS/ATS records: update candidate and employee data, generate basic reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist payroll and attendance processes by collating required inputs, leave data, and timesheets for HR/Payroll teams.
  • Support employee engagement and L&D logistics: help run internal communications, events, and training coordination.
  • Document HR processes and participate in small process-improvement projects to increase team efficiency and candidate experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; professional email etiquette and candidate-facing skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Workspace; reliable on-site availability in India for the internship duration.

Preferred

  • Exposure to ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, or SuccessFactors) or hands-on campus recruitment experience.
  • Basic understanding of Indian labour law and statutory compliance essentials.
  • Prior internship or project experience in talent sourcing, campus hiring, or HR operations.
