Job Description: HRIntern (Part-Time)

Duration: 3 Months

Working Hours: 4–5 Hours per Day

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + performance-based incentives (up to ₹25,000)

About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns (Part-Time) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want practical exposure in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate and manage recruitment leads

2. Assist in resume screening and shortlisting candidates

3. Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews and follow-ups

4.Maintain HR records, trackers, and databases accurately

5.Support day-to-day HR administrative activities

6.Assist in documentation and reporting as required

Eligibility Criteria: Students or fresh graduates pursuing/completed HR, Management, or related fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
