Job Description

As a fast-growing EdTech company, we're expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our people operations and recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end hiring across roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Manage and update candidate pipelines on ATS.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
  • Support HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
  • Help execute HR initiatives like team events, culture-building activities, and surveys.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
