Role Summary

We are hiring an HR intern to support recruitment, intern management, onboarding, and basic HR operations for a fast-moving startup. This role is execution heavy, not policy theory.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring

  • Source candidates for intern & entry-level roles
  • Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintain hiring tracker (Excel / Sheets)

Intern Management:

  • Handle intern onboarding & documentation
  • Track attendance, tasks, performance
  • Coordinate between interns and team leads
  • Ensure discipline, deadlines, and accountability

HR Operations:

  • Maintain basic HR records
  • Assist in stipend processing & offer letters
  • Draft simple HR communications
  • Support company culture initiatives

Employer Branding:

  • Assist in LinkedIn hiring posts
  • Share hiring updates & culture content
  • Coordinate campus or local hiring drives

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable following up and pushing people
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Good to Have

  • Prior recruitment or HR exposure
  • Knowledge of startup hiring
  • Campus hiring experience
