Marketing Executive (1-2 Years Experience) Position Summary: We are looking for a creative Marketing Executive to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen WoowLocal's position as Tirunelveli's leading local marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage WoowLocal's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase app downloads and user engagement Develop content calendar and create engaging posts, stories, and promotional content Monitor social media metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI Manage Google My Business listing and local SEO optimization Local Marketing & Community Engagement Plan and execute local marketing events, pop-up stalls, and community activities Develop partnerships with local influencers, community leaders, and organizations Organize promotional campaigns during festivals and local events Create locality-specific marketing materials and campaigns Build relationships with local media for press coverage and publicity Brand Management & Content Creation Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels Create marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets Develop promotional campaigns highlighting 15-minute delivery and pickup services Write compelling copy for advertisements, website content, and marketing materials Coordinate with graphic designer for visual content creation Campaign Management & Analytics Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns with specific targeting Manage marketing budget and track ROI of various marketing initiatives Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with insights Conduct A/B testing for marketing messages and promotional offers Monitor competitor marketing activities and industry trends Customer Engagement & Retention Develop loyalty programs and referral campaigns to retain existing customers Create customer feedback systems and manage online reviews Design seasonal promotions and special offers for different customer segments Coordinate with sales team for integrated marketing and sales approaches Manage email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts Partnership Marketing Identify and develop marketing partnerships with complementary local businesses Collaborate with merchant partners for co-marketing opportunities Organize merchant training sessions on platform features and promotional tools Create merchant success stories and case studies for marketing purposes Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or local services Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation Strong writing skills in Tamil and English Experience with marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms Experience in local market marketing and community engagement Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing Event planning and execution experience Photography and basic video editing skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Language: Tamil (Preferred) Work Location: In person
