Job Description

We're seeking a creative, execution-driven marketer who crafts strategy through content that performs. You'll own our social media presence end-to-end from ideas and storytelling to execution and publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Create original, platform-optimised posts that resonate with UK audiences.
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using shared global handles.
  • Develop and publish short-form reels independently (concept, create, and publish).
  • Drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation, prioritising UK learners.
  • Scale brand reach globally as a secondary objective.
  • Track analytics, audience insights, and optimise content for sustained growth.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media behaviour and short-form video trends.
  • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently handle platforms end-to-end.
  • Comfort creating content for both UK and global audiences.
  • A results-driven professional with ownership, consistency, and accountability.
