We connect skilled professionals with fast-growing teams and build scalable recruiting processes that deliver quality hires at speed.We are hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our India-based remote talent team and help scale end-to-end hiring for multiple client accounts.Role & Responsibilities
  • Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and niche job boards using Boolean search and targeted outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, assess role-fit, and create concise candidate briefs for hiring managers.
  • Manage the interview lifecycle—coordinate schedules, prepare panel members, and collect timely feedback to drive decisions.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, track pipeline metrics, and report on sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill.
  • Support offer process and negotiation, prepare offer documents, and assist with smooth remote onboarding coordination.
  • Continuously improve sourcing channels and candidate experience by collecting feedback and proposing process optimizations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 0–2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience in agency or in-house hiring, preferably recruiting for tech or professional roles.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced LinkedIn sourcing plus familiarity with major Indian job boards.
  • Comfortable using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recording candidate interactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills (English), strong organization, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Exposure to volume hiring, campus hiring, or freelance talent marketplaces and basic data/KPI reporting (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion).
  • Experience with remote hiring processes and coordinating across time zones.
