Junior Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Coimbatore. The Junior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. They will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, ensure compliance with recruitment policies, and support hiring managers with administrative tasks. The role also involves engaging with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition skills with at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of the education or training industry is a plus
