Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for USA and Canada-based IT positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients via email and calls.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience

  in US IT recruitment.
• Excellent
