Job Description

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae, sourcing candidates through various channels like job fairs, job seminars, cold calling, and referral recruiting to find the right candidates. You will screen resumes based on client's requirements, conduct interviews to assess skillsets, and coordinate interviews with higher management. Your role will involve working according to defined recruitment strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae - Sourcing candidates through job fairs, job seminars, cold calling, and referral recruiting - Screening resumes based on client's job descriptions - Conducting interviews to assess skillsets and qualities - Coordinating interviews with higher management - Following defined recruitment strategies and processes Qualification Required: - Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree in any stream Company Details: This is a 100% on-site role based in our Ahmedabad Office. The job timings are from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with 5 working days per week. Junior candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are welcome. Training will be provided, including classroom trainings and on-the-job training. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required for this role.
