Junior Recruiter

Position: Junior Recruiter
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Use job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn for active and passive candidate sourcing.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate interest, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and daily recruitment tracker.
• Support senior recruiters in mass hiring and meeting weekly recruitment targets.
• Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback, status updates, and documentation.
• Contribute to employer branding and posting job advertisements on multiple platforms.
• Maintain a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (BPO/IT/Non-IT depending on requirement).
• Strong understanding of sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with target-driven tasks.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
