Job Summary:-

Backend Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage backend operations of the forex trading platform.
Validate and process financial transactions with accuracy.
Prepare and submit bi-weekly reports to management.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
Support the operations team in ensuring smooth business processes.
Contribute to improving overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Conduct data research on financial markets.
Collaborate in cross-functional communication with other teams to address client requirements.

Preferred Skills:-

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of the financial industry.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
