Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Data Management
:
Maintain, audit, and update employee eligibility, enrollment, and coverage data across internal systems and vendor platforms.
Backend Operations Processing
:
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks including file feeds, payroll deductions, retro adjustments, and lifeevent updates.
Compliance & Documentation
:
Ensure adherence to ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and internal policy requirements, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
:
Collaborate with carriers, TPAs, HR teams, and payroll to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless plan administration.
Issue Resolution
:
Investigate and resolve complex enrollment, billing, and eligibility issues with a rootcause mindset.
Reporting & Analytics
:
Generate operational reports, track SLAs, and support audits with clean, validated data.
Process Improvement
:
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation, documentation, and workflow enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Graduation is mandatory
Any customer service experience (Voice/Non-voice/backend)
minimum 2 years of experience in Benefits Admin/customer service
Domestic or International Process Experience

Employment Details:

Location - Noida sec 135
5 days working
Both side cab facilities (if the candidate is staying in the hiring zone)
Shift timings - 5:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Sat and sun offs
