Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and oversee all backend operations of the company. This role involves handling, organizing, and maintaining data; monitoring daily operational processes and also coordinating with clients as and when required. The ideal candidate must posses with strong communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Efficiently monitor and manage all the backend processes to ensure the operational efficiency.

· Maintain and update internal database and records accurately.

· Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding backend operational matters

· Prepare reports related to backend operations and provide accurate updates to the concerned authorities.

· Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflow efficiency, and overall operational performance.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Can work independently as well as part of a team.

· Female candidates would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
