About the Role

Backend Operations team

Key Responsibilities

Handle and process backend operational tasks within defined SLAs.
Review, verify, and update data across internal systems.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
Provide daily status reports and highlight any process-related issues.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related).
02 years of experience in backend/non-voice operations or data management.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in evening/night shifts.
