ROLE OVERVIEW:As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and attract top talent. You will support our recruitment process from start to finish, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels like job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.- Reviewing resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.- Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintaining and updating the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System).- Assisting senior recruiters with various recruitment-related tasks and projects.- Providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.IMPORTANT NOTE:Please be aware that this is a freelance or contract-based position. This offers a great deal of flexibility and is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience while managing other commitments.REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
