Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals who are starting their career in HR and recruitment and are eager to learn sourcing, screening, and coordination in a real-time, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.

• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate interest and fit.

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Support senior recruiters with mass hiring drives, reporting, and documentation.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (freshers with strong interest are welcome).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
