ABOUT THE ROLE:As an HR Hiring Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing top talent, coordinating the hiring process, and analyzing data to help us make smarter hiring decisions. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, organized, and passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Source potential candidates from various online channels, including professional networks, social media platforms, and job boards.- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.- Maintain and update our candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate information.- Assist in drafting and posting compelling job descriptions on career pages and other platforms.- Collect and analyze data on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and trends to the HR team.POSITION TYPE:Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position.
