Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Coimbatore. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to meet the staffing needs of the academy. Additional tasks include coordinating recruitment events, maintaining candidate databases, supporting the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The role also involves collaborating closely with team members and management to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle recruitment logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and candidate engagement
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR would be a plus
