As a Recruitment Consultant at IMS People, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates that match the client's requirements. Your role will involve screening candidates, sourcing from job portals and social networking sites, and maintaining professional communication via email. You will also coordinate with candidates for interview schedules, maintain documentation, reports, and databases, and work closely with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently.
