As a Recruiter at IMS Group (Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) under the division IMS People Possible in Ahmedabad (Work from Office), you will play a crucial role in the Offshore Recruitment Services organization. Working closely with over 250 staffing brands globally, including those in the UK, Europe, Australia, North America, New Zealand, Middle East, and Africa, you will be instrumental in enhancing their fill rates, customer loyalty, and overall profitability. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates from various channels such as Job Portals, Databases, and references. You will be expected to submit qualified candidates for open job requirements and foster long-term relationships with them. The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants" capabilities is essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must. A strong desire for self-learning, the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree will be advantageous.
