Job Description

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for international markets
UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, US, and Australia
.
Handle diverse roles such as
Sales, Business Development, Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers
, and more (IT & Non-IT).
Source and attract candidates using multiple international job portals:
UAE / Saudi Arabia:
Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Dubizzle, LinkedIn
South Africa:
Careers24, PNet, Indeed South Africa, LinkedIn
United States:
Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
Australia:
SEEK, Indeed Australia, Jora, LinkedIn
UK region:
Reed, CV-Library, TotalJobs, LinkedIn
Conduct
screening, evaluation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
.
Build and maintain a
robust candidate pipeline
and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver quality and timely closures.

Requirements

Minimum
1+ year of experience
in
international recruitment
(UAE, US, UK, or similar regions preferred).
Experience hiring for
both technical and non-technical positions
.
Strong knowledge of
global job portals, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and client-handling skills
.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work efficiently in a
target-driven environment
