International Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for leadership, mid-level, and junior roles across emerging international markets.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to local talent pools and market trends.

• Partner with global business leaders and HR teams to align hiring strategies with business needs.

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent for critical roles across emerging market such as LATAM, Russia, MENA, Africa, and SEA.

• Manage employer branding presence and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor analysis for strategic workforce planning.

• Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, hiring practices, and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with a strong focus on international hiring across emerging markets (LATAM, Russia, MENA, Africa, SEA).

• Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing hiring is mandatory.

• Strong track record in sourcing diverse talent across different geographies and functions.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Ability to adapt recruiting strategies to different cultural and market contexts.

• Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal in English (additional regional languages will be a plus).

• Proficiency in using ATS, recruiting tools, and professional networking platforms.
