Junior Recruiter

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reviewing a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae, sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job fairs, job seminars, cold calling, and referrals, screening resumes based on client's requirements, conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability, coordinating interviews with senior management, and following defined recruitment processes and strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae - Sourcing candidates through job fairs, job seminars, cold calling, and referrals - Screening resumes based on job descriptions - Conducting interviews to assess candidate skillsets - Coordinating interviews with higher management - Adhering to defined recruitment processes and strategies Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any stream Additional Details: - Excellent oral and written English communication skills - Junior candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are welcome Please note the following key points: - Training will include Classroom Trainings & On-the-Job Training - Job Timings: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM - Working Days: 5 days a week - This is a 100% on-site role based in our Ahmedabad Office.,
