Junior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should be strong in communication, quick at sourcing, and able to handle multiple job roles efficiently.

1. Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and social media
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline

2. End-to-End Recruitment

• Understand job descriptions and hiring needs
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate assessments or tests (if required)
• Manage selection and offer negotiation

3. Documentation & Onboarding

• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding paperwork
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Ensure smooth joining experience for selected candidates

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Provide regular updates about hiring status
• Build strong relationships with vendors and recruitment partners

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Understanding of HR processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
