Role OverviewThe Junior Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-quality candidates across multiple departments. This role offers exposure to full-cycle recruitment, candidate management, employer branding, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the art and science of hiring in a fast-paced tech environment.Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Research
  

Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and social media.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for ongoing and future roles.Research competitors, market trends, and talent availability to support hiring strategies.

• Screening & Coordination
  

Conduct initial resume screening and shortlisting based on role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and panel members.Maintain smooth communication and a professional experience for all candidates.

• Recruitment Process Support
  

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across recruitment platforms.
Update and manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Support in conducting reference checks and documentation for shortlisted candidates.

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  

Work closely with the TA Lead and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Coordinate with HR Operations for offer rollouts and onboarding.Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment dashboards and weekly updates.

• Reporting & Process Management
  

Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and interview outcomes.Support in preparing weekly hiring status reports and trackers.Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, process compliance, and communication protocols.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask effectively.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
