Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified profiles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates. Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process. Maintain recruitment reports and ensure adherence to hiring timelines.
