Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment life cycle for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Post job openings on various job boards and career pages.
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Assist in background checks, reference checks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and HR team members on hiring needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or similar role (internships acceptable).
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
