Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge their interest in open positions.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers based on requirements.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the hiring cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field (Blue Collar Hiring).
Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S).
Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, outbound calling, telecalling.
