About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and prior experience in BPO / International Voice Process. This role involves handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for bulk hiring requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and match candidates accordingly.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and databases.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualification & Skills

1. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

2. Experience in BPO, call center, or international voice process preferred.

3. Confident, positive attitude with strong listening skills.

4. Ability to handle customer/candidate calls effectively and patiently.

5. Skilled in multitasking, time management, and coordination.

6. Proficiency in using recruitment portals like Naukri.

7. Female candidates will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
