You will support the recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging with potential candidates. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every applicant while helping us build a pipeline of top talent.POSITION TYPE:Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position. This offers you significant flexibility, making it an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience while managing their academic or personal commitments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Source potential candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.- Conduct initial phone screens to assess applicant qualifications and interest.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.- Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- A recent graduate or a student in the final year of a Bachelor's degree program.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport easily.- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn.- Good organizational and time management skills.- Basic proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.- No prior experience is required, but a keen interest in human resources is a must.WHY JOIN US:This role is more than just a job; it's a stepping stone to a promising career.
