In this entry-level role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and posting compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Source potential candidates using various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent. Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
