Assistant Recruiter

As an Assistant Recruiter at AIR TAXI, your role involves supporting the recruitment lifecycle in Gurugram. You will be responsible for tasks such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will engage with candidates, maintain hiring records, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Your duties will also include handling administrative tasks related to recruitment and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
