Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Ghitorni, Delhi. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our aviation operations. Daily tasks include monitoring compliance with aviation standards, coordinating with regulatory bodies, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing performance data, and implementing continuous improvement processes. The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing training to staff on quality assurance procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation quality management and compliance, for CAMO and CAR 145
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards of DGCA and ICAO.
• Skills in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, must be proficient in English
• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications in aviation quality management are a plus
