Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The role also includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with legal regulations.


1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to the final offer rollout.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews to assess technical competence and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and track all interview stages through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

2. Strategic Sourcing

  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Behance, or niche industry forums.
  • Utilize Boolean search strings and data-mining techniques to find "hard-to-fill" profiles.
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Department Heads to define "ideal candidate" personas and set realistic hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular data-driven updates to management on recruitment progress and market trends.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the hiring outcome, by providing timely feedback.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
  • Assist in creating engaging recruitment content for social media (LinkedIn/Instagram).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    2–3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter (Agency or In-house).
  • Tools:

    Proficiency with

    LinkedIn Recruiter

    and at least one

    ATS

    (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit).
  • Metrics Mindset:

    Understanding of key recruitment KPIs like

    Time-to-Hire

    ,

    Source-of-Hire

    , and

    Offer Acceptance Rate

    .
  • Communication:

    Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills to "sell" the company vision to top-tier talent.
  • Agility:

    Ability to pivot quickly between different roles (e.g., hiring for Sales one week and Engineering the next).

Success Metrics for this Role

To help this hire understand what "good" looks like, their performance will be measured by:

  1. Quality of Hire:

    Performance ratings of new hires after their first 90 days.
  2. Diversity & Inclusion:

    Ability to bring a diverse range of candidates into the interview funnel.
  3. Conversion Rate:

    The ratio of "Screened Candidates" to "Hired Employees."
