Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end procurement cycles
for advanced imaging and electronics components.
Plan and secure
long-lead items
to meet critical project timelines.
Support supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Work with engineering teams to validate BOMs and identify alternate sourcing options.
Ensure compliance with
AS9100, ITAR, and ISO 9001
standards.
Track and report procurement KPIs for cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Maintain optimal
inventory levels
to balance project readiness and cost efficiency.
Assist in developing contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong background in
strategic sourcing, procurement planning, and vendor management
.
Proficiency in
ERP systems
(SAP/Oracle) and MS Office.
Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to defense and electronics manufacturing.
Good negotiation skills and ability to work with global suppliers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
7–10 years of SCM experience in
electronics manufacturing, defense, or high-tech industries
.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification preferred.
