Senior Supply Chain Specialist

As the leading manufacturer of Magnetic Drilling machines in India, BROACHCUTTER Drilling Machines is seeking a senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee vendor development and vendor relation management. Located in Nalla Sopara, near Vasai, we are dedicated to streamlining operations for continuous growth. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of raw materials, spares, and components essential for manufacturing and after-sales services. Leading a team of 2-3 supply chain engineers, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for maintaining a seamless supply chain process. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry, specifically in machine manufacturing. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (B.E. or diploma) is required. Proficiency in SAP B1 is essential, as all our operations are managed through this platform. The candidate must be willing to travel regularly to vendors to guarantee quality and timely supplies. Strong negotiation skills are a must for securing favorable pricing and long-term supply agreements. A focus on cost-saving initiatives and an immediate availability for joining are highly preferred qualities in the ideal applicant.,
