Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Recruiter located in Delhi. The Assistant Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. The role also includes maintaining recruitment records, assisting with onboarding new hires, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The Assistant Recruiter will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, contributing to building a talented and diverse workforce.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
