Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within a specific geographical region. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives or area sales managers, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. The RSM acts as a bridge between the company’s headquarters and the regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel for optimal performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
